A new study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease says sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra – which is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension – could potentially be a suitable treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.

The research was led by Dr. Feixiong Cheng of the Cleveland Clinic, who says they used artificial intelligence to analyze millions of insurance claims which “revealed a 30-54% reduced prevalence in Alzheimer’s disease” among patients who took Viagra.
This is awesome. You’ll get to walk around the house with a hard-on so that you’ll remember your wife’s birthday. She won’t be able to say shit.
And if it ever pops up in an inappropriate setting, you’ll have a valid excuse. “Sorry about the boner, I’m taking Viagra because Alzheimer’s runs in my family,” you’ll say to your fellow bus passengers.
